BLUPEAK MEDIA LLC operates an SMS messaging program on behalf of the residential roofing contractors we serve. We are the party that sends these messages. Every message identifies the roofing contractor the recipient contacted and is marked "Powered by BLUPEAK MEDIA" so the sending party is clear.
Recipients enter this program in one way only. They respond to an advertisement for a specific roofing contractor, arrive at a landing page BLUPEAK MEDIA operates on that contractor's domain, submit an inquiry form, and check a consent box agreeing to receive SMS from that contractor and from BLUPEAK MEDIA LLC as its marketing partner. Two separate unchecked boxes are presented. The first is required and covers Customer Care. The second is optional and covers promotional messages. We do not add anyone to this program by any other method. We do not purchase, rent, or use acquired lists. We do not send SMS to anyone who has not submitted an inquiry and consented on the form.
Messages sent under this program include confirmation that an inquiry was received, scheduling of a free roof inspection or estimate, appointment confirmations and reminders, service related notifications, follow ups regarding an estimate, replies to questions the recipient sends us, requests to confirm a good time for a phone call, and promotional offers where the recipient separately consented to those.
Mobile information, phone numbers, SMS consent, and text message opt-in data are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. This data is used only to deliver the messages the recipient consented to receive and is disclosed only to the roofing contractor whose landing page the recipient submitted.

BLUPEAK MEDIA LLC is a marketing agency serving residential roofing contractors. Roofing is the only industry we work in.
Our services to those contractors consist of building and hosting landing pages on the contractor's own domain, running advertising campaigns for the contractor, receiving and managing inquiries submitted by consumers who respond to that advertising, and communicating with those consumers by SMS, email, and telephone to schedule roof inspections and estimates on the contractor's behalf.
This matters for how your data is handled. When you submit an inquiry on a page we operate, you are requesting service from the roofing contractor named on that page. BLUPEAK MEDIA acts as that contractor's service provider. We hold and process your information in order to fulfil your request to that contractor. We do not use your information to market our own agency services to you, and we do not introduce you to any roofing contractor other than the one whose page you submitted.
Our own agency's business development, meaning our outreach to roofing contractors about hiring us, is a separate activity from the consumer messaging program described above. Consumer inquiry data is never used for our own business development.
Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry on a landing page we operate, we collect your name, phone number, property address, email address where provided, and the details you supply about the roofing work you need. When you reply to our messages or speak with our coordinators, we collect the content of that communication.
Information collected automatically. When you visit a page we operate, we automatically receive your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, access times, and the pages you viewed.
Advertising and analytics data. Pages we operate contain advertising and analytics technologies, including the Meta pixel and conversion tracking, which record that you arrived from a particular advertisement and whether you submitted a form. These technologies use cookies and similar identifiers. This data is used to measure and improve advertising performance for the contractor whose campaign you responded to.
Communication records. We retain records of SMS messages, emails, and calls between you and our coordinators, including timestamps and delivery status, and we retain a record of the consent you provided, including the date, time, IP address, and the exact consent language displayed to you at the time. We retain consent records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance.

We send SMS only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent through a conspicuous, unchecked checkbox presented at the point of form submission. Consent to receive promotional SMS is never a condition of receiving an estimate or any other service.
You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Withdrawal is processed immediately and applies to all future messages from that program.
SMS consent data is never shared or sold. Mobile information, phone numbers, SMS consent, and text message opt-in data are never sold, rented, leased, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text message opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of disclosure described below.
For other personal information, we disclose only as follows:
To the roofing contractor you contacted. Your inquiry details, contact information, and appointment information are provided to the specific roofing contractor whose landing page you submitted, so that contractor can provide the service you requested. That contractor is the party you asked to hear from and is a joint recipient of your consent.
To service providers acting on our behalf. We use vendors to operate our business, including customer relationship management software, SMS and voice messaging providers, email delivery services, calendar and scheduling tools, and website and page hosting. These vendors process your information only to perform services for us, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes. Your mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not provided to any vendor for marketing purposes.
Where required by law. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or valid request from a public authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
In a business transfer. If BLUPEAK MEDIA is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. SMS opt-in consent does not transfer as a marketing asset and any successor must obtain fresh consent before sending marketing SMS.
We do not sell your personal information.
We retain inquiry and communication data for as long as needed to provide the service you requested and to meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations. Consent records are retained for at least the period required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations. You may request deletion as described below.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including access controls on the systems that hold inquiry data. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
